Data processed
The website may process technical browsing data, such as IP address, request time, requested resource and technical information needed for server operation.
When you fill in the contact form, the data you voluntarily provide is processed: name, phone number, requested service, date, passengers, pick-up and destination locations, notes and stated preferences.
Purpose and legal basis
- Reply to information, quote or booking requests submitted by form, phone, email or WhatsApp.
- Organise the requested chauffeur service and manage operational communications related to the transfer.
- Maintain the security, integrity and correct operation of the website.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual steps requested by the data subject, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest in website security and, where applicable, consent.
Marketing consent
Any marketing consent requested in the form is optional. If given, it may be used only for promotional communications related to Parma NCC services. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the Controller.
Methods, retention and security
Data is processed using appropriate IT and organisational tools, for the time needed to answer the request and manage any service. Technical security data is retained for limited periods, except where needed to establish responsibility in case of abuse or unlawful activity.
Data is not publicly disclosed. It may be processed by strictly necessary technical providers, such as hosting, email and website maintenance services.
Data subject rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent, within the limits set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
