I'm Pietro Ferrari, and I personally drive every transfer under the Parma NCC name. My business was born in Montechiarugolo, in the hills a few minutes from the centre of Parma, out of years of work in car hire and private chauffeuring.
I chose to stay a human-scale service: no call centre, no interchangeable drivers. Anyone who books a transfer with me knows who they're talking to before they even get in the car, and finds the same person for every trip after that.

This first-hand knowledge of the area is what, in the end, translates into punctuality: not a number for the brochure, but the reason my clients keep calling me back.

The service is provided by a Mercedes E-Class Executive: leather seats, dual-zone climate control, on-board Wi-Fi and enough boot space for travel suitcases or work bags, with up to three passengers seated comfortably.
The car is checked before every service, and has a card reader on board for anyone who'd rather pay by card than cash.
